Account Associate

We are seeking a positive minded, go-getter, to deliver on the day-to-day tasks involved in helping businesses find their stride. This individual should have experience in how businesses… well, do business. This could include, managing people, budgeting, marketing, sales, etc.

Tasks include:

1)        Assisting the founder in organization and completion of tasks

2)        Modifying proposal documents to fit customer needs

3)        Managing deliverable timelines

4)        Collecting and compiling new client onboarding materials

5)        Attending client calls and note taking

6)        Posting on our owned social media channels

7)        Adding blog content to website via wordpress

Bonus-points:

1)        Familiarity with Canva

2)        Experience using project/task management software ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.

3)        Experience in the outdoor industry (mountain bikes especially)

4)        Interest in how businesses work

The Account Associate position is currently a part time role, however ideal candidates will be interested in growing within the company to a salaried position with benefits. Flexible scheduling is available however day-time availability is a must (somewhere between 9-5). 10-20 hours a week in $21-27 /hr dependent on experience. The job is a combination of in-person and WFH.
